Our application uses ARKit. In ARKit, we use exactly ARFaceTrackingConfiguration for eye tracking.

Using ARKit & TrueDepth API
Our application uses ARKit & TrueDepth API. The app uses this for a unique eye tracking feature.
The application does not collect or store data related to the ARKit & TrueDepth API, detect when the user closes or open their eyes to select a photo from a slideshow.
The user is aware of the use of this feature detailed in the instructions, since it is the main feature to be able to perform the trick as a magician, being able to select a photo when he opens his eyes. this will only work in performance mode so the user can revoke the use of this functionality (arkit – TrueDepth) not accessing performance mode.
Information collected via TrueDepth API is detect for AR.

TrueDepth API
Our apps make use of automatically collected information using the device camera and the TrueDepth API provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to track the user’s head and face so that the user can control the AR experience and the selfie filters by moving their device and their head. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user’s device nor is it persistently stored on the device.
We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Apps
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data from within our apps. You might be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can store photos created in the app. We don’t process that information at all. In addition, if you take a photo, location data is saved in the image, but we have no access to that data and it is not shared with anyone unless you yourself choose to share the image.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
